The Rotary Club was the first to launch the service club movement,
which has since mobilized millions of volunteer workers for the improvement of living conditions for people virtually everywhere
on the planet. Today, service clubs are striving to eradicate childhood diseases, prevent blindness among hundreds of thousands
of Third World children, provide medical equipment and personnel, promote literacy, and do a thousand other things to benefit
the mass of humankind.President's Message Thank you for visiting our website and I hope that you find it informative. I’m honored
to be president of the Rotary Club of Yarmouth for the 2008 – 2009 Rotary year. Since 1922 our club has been dedicated
to assisting those in need, locally and internationally. The Yarmouth Rotary Club is a group of individuals who want to help
and of course have fun. The Rotary International theme this year is "Make Dreams Real". Our club has a long and
proud history and through the kind support we’ve received from our local community and the hard work of our members
